Welcome to Balance by Brooks Wellness Studio. We cater to wellness and fitness enthusiasts who are looking for an upscale body recovery experience. Come bask in our Red Light, Inhale our Halo Salt Therapy, be squeezed by our lower body Compression Therapy, heat up in our beautiful Infrared Sauna and finish with a jump in the Cold Plunge!
