Eden Embodied Healing

Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated birth doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle and sometimes not so subtle energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide.
