Not only was this my first time here but also my first time in an Infrared Sauna The entire Studio had a spa feel and was very clean. You start your treatment with leg compressions to improve circulation. They offer Chromotherapy, beneficial light therapy, as well as Aromatherapy in their saunas. Overall, it was a great experience.
